Building size and style: Historic home, 2 floors including basement. Pre-Victorian home with significant ties to Williamstown family history. Large horse barn and one remaining slave quarter building behind home.

Client stories and claims:
There are various stories from both the parents and children living here, in a fairly well-documented historical home in Williamstown, KY. A prominent local family lived here, names and photos were made available, as well as a history of the home. Some period furniture still existed near the front door, and the rest of the home looked similar to what it did, when it was first built. One small servant's quarters building still stood behind the house, as well as a large horse barn.
The client's stories involved a lot of your typical reports of activity - foot steps, shadow people, noises, voices, and the children were afraid of the back bedroom in particular, on the 2nd floor. Coincidentally we recorded and experienced most of the activity in this room. (EVP's, knocking sound).
Summary and Results:
The home appears to have paranormal activity, that is intelligent. Brad recorded several visual IR anamolies on video on the upper floor, two EVP's, John and Ruth also recorded an EVP. Brad also had an experience while alone and filming in the 2nd floor back bedroom. Mike claimed that he saw a brief black human figure, the size of a child, that he could see through the glass doors near the entrance of the home, while sitting in the living room with others.
The activity appears to be friendly, with maybe a bit of a spooky factor going on, on the 2nd floor. The family was moving at the time, and has since sold their home.
